Shipping Policy

Order processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer; we'll keep you posted if so.

Shipping methods & rates

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

International shipping

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
