Eligibility

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend a tracked service — you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

Return shipping costs

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
